Recruitment and retention is a top priority for the organisation and the post holder will be expected to deliver a number of key projects to enable best in class recruitment.
These projects will include introducing an eRostering system to the temporary staffing, introducing a new Careers Website and applicant tracking process. It will also include supporting the review and design of recruitment and selection materials.
This person will engage with multiple teams and design processes that will enable them to recruit the right person at the right time.
*Responsible for the development and delivery of a number of recruitment projects as determined by the Deputy Director of HR. Success will be measured by a discernible impact on the organisation's ability to recruit good people, particularly in clinical and hard to fill roles where our recruitment challenges are impacting staff wellbeing, productivity and customer relationships;
*To work with clinical teams to deliver a fast effective customer focused recruitment service;
*To work with third party suppliers to project manage the implementation of the new technology to the recruitment and operational teams;
*To research the activity of successful recruiters and seek to implement their learning
*To review our recruitment and selection process, identify areas for improvement and to design solutions;
*To review our existing social media and web presence and develop and implement ideas to make the business strong in this area
