A professional services company based in The City of London are looking for a Recruitment Partner to join their Talent Acquisition team. A growing company with a great reputation in the market and an enviable client base. They are looking to add to their already highly successful Recruitment team with an experienced and competent recruiter with a proven track record of delivery within a similar environment.
Your new role
As Recruitment Partner you will be responsible for the acquisition of the best talent on the market to facilitate the growth of the corporate office functions. You will build board level relationships and other stakeholders will include senior directors within the business. You will recruit, but also advise and coach line managers in a consultative manner. You will build lasting internal relationships and be passionate about growing teams, developing talent and ensuring that the business has a talent pipeline for the future. You will also have experience in establishing key relationships with relevant agencies to ensure the company gets a first class service of the best candidates on the market.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful Recruitment Partner will have a proven track record within a private sector, commercial environment where you will have recruited for generalist and technical corporate head office functions. You will have in-house experience and be skilled in sourcing directly, working with agencies and able to manage a Resourcer. You will need to be able to demonstrate where you have adapted to an ever-changing professional environment, added value and reduced time to hire within a business. You will be passionate about partnering with a business and growing teams.
