Recruitment Operations Manager | west London | Perm | competitive salary + bonus

RTM is an innovative Talent management consultancy and the strategic Sourcing and Recruitment partner to some of the biggest Global brands across a range of industries. We are hiring a Recruitment Operations Manager to work within our Sky account, to take the lead on operational processes, continuous improvement and implementing new process changes.

Based at the Sky UK HQ in Osterley, west London, the Recruitment Operations Manager will work with a range of stakeholders to proactively identify and implement process improvements and changes that position both the RPO and Sky as a 'best in class' talent function.

The ideal Recruitment Operations Manager applicant will have excellent problem solving, critical thinking, organisational, interpersonal and motivational skills, with the ability to interpret data, solve problems and present comprehensive solutions, business results and concepts to a leadership audience.

This role would suit someone experienced in the RPO environment, who wants to step away from delivery and focus on process and continuous improvement, as well as an Operations Manager from an In-house Recruitment environment who wants to work for one of the biggest and most dynamic brands in the UK.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Experience of end to end permanent recruiting from either an RPO or in house Talent function
  • Must have excellent problem solving, critical thinking, organisational, interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Previous experience in recruitment operations/projects to drive efficiencies and adherence to process would be an advantage
  • Ability to influence internal and client stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret data, solve problems and present comprehensive solutions, business results and concepts to a leadership audience
  • Excellent service delivery skills which includes managing complex issues

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overall responsibility and accountability for the team's compliance around operational processes (relating to SLA's, KPI's, screening, hiring standards, co-ordination, reporting, on-boarding) to deliver an efficient and effective service to Sky
  • Work with AD, Player Coaches, Sky Operational stakeholders to proactively identify and implement process improvements and changes that position both the RPO and Sky as a 'best in class' talent function
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the Sky Operations Manager and stakeholders for all operational activities and provide detailed client management information and subject matter expertise on daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Point of escalation for operational issues and support AD and Player Coaches to identify cause, address learns and implement risk mitigation strategy for future happening
  • Support in the preparation for both internal and client monthly/quarterly reviews, interpreting data and collating commentary around trends
  • Coordinate vendor/PSL assessments including annual performance review and adherence to compliance
  • Working closely with the Sourcing player coaches to effectively delivery the best available talent in the market place to our customer
  • Monitor and manage the performance and usage of Job boards and CV search licenses ensuring ROI is maximized
  • Responsible for reviewing capacity within the team flagging any risks or identifying excess resource
  • Support in the build and execution of any non-BAU projects for Sky
