The primary purpose of this role will be to identify and deliver opportunities to improve recruitment in particular areas and reduce spend on temporary agency staff.
As part of your remit you will:
Proactively advertise roles to attract the best candidates, utilising job boards, social media and local advertising
Seek out ways to promote our company for recruitment purposes
Recruit a pool of bank staff and devise a system for using them effectively
Build relationships with local colleges/job centres in order to source candidates
Run recruitment days in target areas
Train and educate managers on recruitment best practice
Liaise with all stakeholders with regard to vacancies, advertising and interviewing
The ideal candidate will be innovative with a drive to improve the whole recruitment experience, for both candidates and the services with vacancies to fill.
You will have extensive experience in the field of recruitment - from advertising, managing candidates and interviews, right through to the on-boarding process.
You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office products and general IT skills.
