Recruitment Officer (In house) (maternity leave contract)
We have an exciting opportunity for an in-house recruitment officer to work for a prestigious organisation in central Southend. You will be representing their brand and therefore a big brand ambassador as well as representing their prestigious client’s brands so you must be enthusiastic, passionate, thorough and understanding. As a Recruitment Officer you will be working across a variety of brands therefore you must be able to build effective working relationships as well as being able to work under pressure.
You will be the first point of contact for all candidate queries therefore as a brand ambassador for the company and all their clients it is vital that at every step of the process you ensure the candidate journey is smooth, consistent and engaging
The Recruitment team is small which means that the exposure you have to the business is wide and the experience and skills you have will be developed allowing you to manage projects and campaigns on a large scale.
Their goal is to ensure, as a team, they meet, deliver and where possible, exceed their client’s expectations and Service Leadership Agreements (SLAs).
- Experience of working in an In-house Recruitment function
- Experience of running a campaign from advertising to offer
- Experience of CV screening, telephone interviewing and face to face interviewing
- Experience of building relationships with stakeholders
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Influencing & persuading
