  1. Recruiting more franchisees globally;

  2. Leveraging the opportunities to increase new business from Referrals and drive up more Re-Book business, specifically from first time bookers; and

  3. Driving sales through the Company’s in-house booking system Phenix and specifically it’s directly contracted product.

Brief Overview of the Position

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to come on board and be part our franchise sales marketing team alongside the Head of Recruitment Marketing and Senior Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will have a key role in delivering marketing activity to drive the recruitment of new Travel Counsellor franchisees.

Main Responsibilities

Supporting a challenging agenda to deliver marketing activity to drive the recruitment of new Travel Counsellor franchisees.

  • Plan and execute the quarterly content calendar

  • Assume responsibility for ideation and creation of compelling content to support key franchise recruitment messages including: blogs, case studies, brochures, leaflets and email communications

  • Source and interview Travel Counsellor franchisees and Head Office staff whose stories best embody key messages to elicit an emotional response

  • Writing content, building, testing and optimizing weekly emails for our existing database using HubSpot

  • Writing content, creating, testing and optimizing landing pages using HubSpot

  • Planning and executing fortnightly webinars - conceiving themes that support key messages; sourcing and booking guests; looking for ways to improve registrations and engagement with webinars

  • Produce clear and detailed briefs for our internal design team to create assets e.g. adverts, header images, social media pins, infographics

  • Adding content to the website and keeping up to date on a regular basis using Umbraco CMS

  • Planning, writing and scheduling posts for recruitment social media channels - Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter

  • Sharing content and assets with our global marketing teams and collaborating with them to produce global assets

  • Managing and tracking campaign effectiveness using a variety of digital tools

  • Ongoing reporting and analysis of campaigns

Summary of Key Attributes and Qualifications

  • Degree educated, ideally in a business or marketing-related subject, with a years’ marketing experience - although this is not essential

  • Living within a commutable distance to our offices in Trafford City

  • Ability to work effectively on own initiative and within a team environment

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers

  • Excellent copy writing and proofing reading skills are a must

  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure in an often impatient environment

  • A people person with a strong, outgoing personality

  • Takes ownership of responsibilities and focuses on delivery and achievement

  • Tech-savvy

Summary of Desirable Attributes and Qualifications

  • HTML/Design Skills - Experience of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Dreamweaver would be highly advantageous/a must
  • Video editing skills are desirable
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, HubSpot or similar CRM systemsA strong understanding of social media marketing in particular Facebook and LinkedI
