Dedicate Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with this highly regarded and prestigious school in Kent, with an enviable record of academic excellence and achievement, to appoint a Recruitment Manager.

This is a new role at the school and an opportunity to develop and drive forward recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring candidates and new employees have a positive and engaging experience. The Recruitment Manager will assist with whole school administration including the maintenance of accurate and compliant data checks and entry on the Single Centralised Register (SCR) and HR Information System (iTrent).

Reporting to the HR Manager, and deputising in their absence, the postholder will be tasked with reviewing existing recruitment practices & procedures and developing new recruitment advertising streams. You will support line managers on Safer Recruitment Practice and be the lead on interviews and selection assessments.

The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, with strong people and technical skills, combined with experience of working in a fast-paced environment ideally with a grounding in recruitment. You will be highly organised, pro-active and creative, with an ethos to deliver a professional and high standard of service that underlines your passion for HR and the delivery of a positive employee experience. Knowledge of current employment law is essential for this role.

This is an on-site, full-time post, with the potential of one day a week home working. A current Enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
