This global beauty retailer is looking to recruit a recruitment manager to support its growth globally. The business is currently working on a number of exciting projects to future proof the company through its current digital transformation. This will enable them to be a true Omni-channel retailer and further enhance the reputation they have as being one of the most innovative and cutting edge beauty brands in the world. As part of this transformation they are increasing headcount across multiple business functions.

This role is purely about filling vacancies and the brief you will be given when you start your contract is to fill as many roles as possible. Working across marketing, finance, legal, tech and HR you will be working on multiple roles across all levels of seniority. As a result you will liaise and manage your relationship across a number of key stakeholders, therefore the ability to work at pace and in a complex and demanding environment is crucial.

Coming from a retail, hospitality or consumer facing business, you will have gained experience recruiting across multiple disciplines. In order to be successful you’ll possess a strong network of candidates built over your career working in a recruitment capacity and be highly skilled at talent mapping in order to identify passive job seekers who you are able to attract to the business.

In return the business is offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000. Flexible home working is encouraged, in the short term the role will purely be home based but once the restrictions are lifted you will work three days in the global head office with the rest home based. This role is an initial six month fixed term contract and the company is looking for someone to start immediately.
