We are working with a prestigious Public Sector organisation on a Resourcing Manager role for 6 months initially paying £350 per day.
This is an exciting and high profile project involving high volume recruitment from junior to very senior level roles.
The role will be part of a newly formed, dedicated resourcing team that will be brought in to deliver a large number of recruitment campaigns (circa 200) over a period of 6 months. The majority of the vacancies are for a range of specialised/skilled roles within a project/programme environment.Therefore, for this role you must be comfortable in operating at all levels, and handling recruitment campaigns for senior to entry level roles. It will be working with hiring managers and HR colleagues to proactively deliver successful and timely recruitment campaigns from start to finish, ensuring a seamless handover for on-boarding activity.
Specialist functional responsibility:
Proactively support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, defining requirements and ensuring a campaign project plan (using existing campaign project planning tools) is in place.
Manage a large portfolio of campaigns, prioritising to ensure time critical roles are given due effort and all campaigns are delivered to time and quality.
Undertake all activities required to run/support the campaigns, including writing job descriptions and job advertisements, publishing jobs on internal and external job boards and LinkedIn etc., shortlisting, attending recruitment events as requested, conducting interviews as part of a recruitment board, and offer-management of successful candidates.
Creatively problem solve whilst adhering to corporate policies and ensuring a speedy turnaround.
Essential qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours:
Significant hands on experience in managing recruitment campaigns from start to finish
Experience of working in a project management delivery environment
Significant experience of working within multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
