Recruitment Manager / Worthing / HR & Personnel
A well established and growing company based in Worthing are seeking a Recruitment Manager on a permanent basis.
As Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for:
Through close collaboration with the team to create and maintain a rolling 3-month recruitment plan which fully addresses known and anticipated recruitment needs
Make maximum use of available resources - web site, recruitment partners, social media, marketing budget to ensure that the recruitment plan is fulfilled
Minimise early staff attrition by ensuring that the recruitment process is transparent and, wherever possible, matches prospective carers preference with business need
Ensure that the recruitment team is aware of, and follow, legislative processes that have been approved by the department Manager
Results-Oriented - An absolute focus on hitting recruitment targets
Planning - Ability to construct, and implement, plans in a changing environment, through close co-operation with other managers
Client focus - A determination to ensure that candidates are treated as customers. Communications with them should be thorough, 2-way and transparent
Team working - Highly collaborative relationships with Managers and Sales Development to ensure that and changes to requirement or potential blockers to recruitment are identified and resolved in the shortest possible time
£25,000 - £27,000 + Bonus and benefits
