Role: Recruitment Manager
Location: Leeds
IR35 Status: In-scope
Rate: up to £500 per day/Umbrella OR up to £398.13 per day/PAYE
Duration: 3 months

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join a leading Government organisation in Leeds.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage the recruitment and onboarding of a number of critical EU Exit related roles
- Lead the design and implementation of a new exit process for delegated grades
- Develop and implement a new recruitment strategy that supports departmental objectives, and the People and Workforce Strategy, including:
* Embedding values and behaviours throughout the recruitment process
* Reviewing current selection methods, including the implementation of strength based recruitment techniques
* Improving recruitment Management Intelligence and develop methods to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and performance
* Putting in place plans to reduce the time to hire
* Develop a labour market assessment methodology in conjunction with the Strategic Workforce Planning lead

Key experience required:

- Experience of managing volume recruitment campaigns
- Experience of developing strategic recruitment solutions
- Ideally Knowledge and experience of the Civil Service
- Project management skills
- Experience of interpreting and analysing HR data to drive decision making
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
