On a day-to-day basis you will use your skills to build on existing business, developing relationships and identifying new recruiting opportunities. You will also investigate your market, identifying and developing relationships with new clients who will recognise your understanding of their business and recruitment needs. You will be responsible for building your candidate database, identifying and generating quality candidates and ensuring maintenance of high levels of service. In addition you will use your experience and credibility to provide support to your consultants, mentoring and coaching new team members.
Applicants should be of graduate calibre with at least one to two years relevant recruitment experience. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must, as are a strong sense of self-motivation, the willingness to work hard and the desire to succeed.
