  • Effective communicator
  • Managing and mentoring a team of 5-7 people
  • Experience in recruitment or comparable B2B sales
  • Experience of leadership in a targeted environment
  • Proven track record of high achievement, either individually or through a team
  • IT literate (internet, e-mail, CRM or recruitment database)
