Recruitment Manager

Interim role available with prestigious healthcare organisation based on the outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex. This role is due to commence at the beginning of April up until the end of December 2018. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm Monday to Friday.

As Recruitment Manager, you will report into the HR Manager and will be responsible for the recruitment strategy to find high quality candidates in the most efficient and cost effective way. The role will include:

  • Sourcing innovative avenues to attract talent
  • Managing end to end recruitment process
  • Reporting on the success of advertising campaigns
  • Managing recruitment on social media
  • Implementing recruiting campaigns, alongside HR Manager
  • Managing temporary/permanent PSL
  • Supervising the Recruitment Assistant/Resourcer
  • Liaising with agencies to agree rates
  • Arrange and attend recruitment fairs and open days

In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and experience:

  • Intermediate knowledge in MS Office packages
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong recruitment background
  • Ability to implement new procedures
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
