Our client, a leader in their industry is looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to the team at Divisional Manager level. Managing a successful and well established team of high billing consultants, you will be the first port of call for existing clients. Managing their vacancies, allocating to the relevant consultants (who operate on geographical basis) and ensuring all the business is received and first class service is achieved.
You will be an already high achieving Consultant with 360 degree experience. A consultant who enjoys and thrives within the Business development/Account Management arena, wanting to push yourself onto the next level of your career. This is a high paced team so you will be well organised and have a solid commercial acumen, ensuring you are always focussed and your team runs to an optimum.
Due to existing and on-going exclusive relationships, Business development is more of an Account management exercise, with the primary success factor being the ability to generate candidates and ensure a swift and seamless process. That said New Business development is a key factor to growth, and within this fluid market, a solid BD background must be demonstrable, as you will be tasked with spearheading this.

In return, our client is offering a salary of c£35k basic (possibly more for the right candidate) to £60/70k OTE.
