Hays HR are proud to be working exclusively with a large national organisation who are Head Quartered in Doncaster, who are in the market for a Recruitment Manager after recently going through a period of huge organisational change.
Your new role
This is a newly created role where you will be responsible for managing all of the sites internal and external recruitment. You will create and embed robust recruitment processes and procedures, identifying and implementing best practice. You will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business in order to assess their needs alongside managing external agency relationships. You will be responsible for managing high volume recruitment campaigns using a variety of methods in orders to attract the best calibre of candidates for the business.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must have demonstrable experience of working within an in house recruitment role and be able to show strong examples of using various recruitment methodologies and process improvements
