Line Management Responsibility: 2 x Recruitment Advisors and 1 x Recruitment Administrator
SO WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?
As an experienced in-house, directSenior Recruiter you will work within the internal Resourcing Team taking responsibility for the recruitment lifecycle of mid-level to senior roles in UK and some international locations. This is a fast-paced, sports media broadcast environment where the internal focus is on the quality of candidate rather than quantity. You will have extensive experience of recruitingmulti disciplines internally and/or within an agency; and ideally have an understanding of the Media/Broadcasting and Technology / IT sector. You will possess a proven ability to simultaneouslymanagemultiple stakeholders. You will be a natural people person who uses a 'high touch, high visibility’ approach to build strongrelationships quickly. You will be a proven networker with a focus onquality as your default setting.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE?

Take vacancy brief and plan recruitment strategy for each role
Manage stakeholders & hiring managers ensuring they follow the Perform recruitment process
Assist hiring managers to create accurate and engaging job specifications to optimise candidate attraction
Take leading role in delivering best-in-class candidate experience
Coordinating selection process with candidates and hiring managers
Effectively managing the external agencies
Key contact for general recruitment queries
DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW?
Skill Level (out of 4)
Previous recruitment experience in UK (In-house and agency); recruiting in a variety of disciplines in the commercial sector; media, broadcasting, production, marketing, sales, finance, etc
Demonstrable experience of delivering successful hires within tight deadlines in a highly metrics business
Proven success with direct sourcing and adopting creative approaches to candidate generation
You will be an expert in using various sourcing tools and writing complex search strings
DO YOU HAVE THESE DESIRABLES?
Experience in using Taleo recruitment system ( ATS ) system
International recruitment experience would give a competitive edge!
People management skills would be beneficial!
