Select Appointments, Cambridge are searching for an experienced, focused and staff centric Manager who leads by setting the standards.
Whilst you will poses the skills and knowledge to lead an experienced 10 strong team, this role is equally about your ability to coach and develop to the highest service level in recruitment.
You will have full responsibility for the growth and daily operation of your office. To include staff recruitment and development, implementation and management of operational practices/systems as well as sales leadership and delivery of financial targets.
Key duties and Responsibilities
Staff management and development to ensure performance targets are met in line with budgets.
To coach and develop your team to the maximum performance.
Day-to-day decision making within your branch
Implementation and management of robust working practices, processes and systems; ensuring all legislative and compliance requirements are met.
Cost control and sales management to achieve gross and net profit targets.
Reporting weekly activity and sales figures to the Regional Manager.
Sales and profits forecasting.
Contributing to the business planning process and strategic planning for own area and wider business
Database development and management, ensuring all candidate and client details are recorded accurately and updated regularly by all branch staff.
Growth of client base by focusing on key market sectors, skill-sets and geographies.
Pro-active sales activities including telephone calls, visits, e-marketing, networking and use of social media.
This is very much a hands on role, working closely with the teams to continue the outstanding reputation they have achieved.
