Recruitment Manager

In House Recruitment Manager required in Epsom - upto £35,000 plus a 10% bonus scheme

You will be managing the recruitment, delivering against all recruitment targets, implementing the recruitment strategy and ensuring that all applicants receive a positive candidate experience.  You will also be a strong people manager and have the ability to effectively manage stakeholders across a number of departments, across two sites.  The role is offering a salary of upto £35,000 plus a 10% bonus, parking on site for the Epsom offices, generous pension scheme and health care.  

 Significantly reduce overall cost within recruitment without a detrimental impact on service levels
• Report on actual and forecasted budget/headcount on a monthly/weekly basis and advise on budgetary plans for the recruitment department and monitor spend in line with allocated departmental budgets
• Critically analyse data to identify trends and patterns that impact the budget and advise management teams on how to utilise alternative and cost effective recruitment channels

• Manage one direct report; Resourcing Assistant
• Conduct regular 1-1’s, appraisals and informal meeting to monitor service levels, performance and provide regular training and development
• Manage multiple external RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) suppliers ensuring that all vacancy management is in line with agreed SLA’s
• Ensure that all communication delivered to candidates via internal and external parties adheres to Club operating standards and all candidates receive an excellent level of customer service
• Ensure that all external agencies have sufficient knowledge through effective training to ensure relevant and high quality candidates are sourced
• Build and manage key stakeholder relationships and monitor recruitment activity within each department and advise and support them regarding best practice and recruitment processes

• To create and deliver a recruitment strategy that is in line with the overall business objectives which positively impacts all associated areas of the business
• To plan and forecast recruitment requirements and implement solutions
• To design, develop and implement a robust high volume campaigns to fulfil operational demands
• To select and manage all external recruitment agencies and job boards and own the preferred supplier list (PSL) by regularly reviewing terms of business and negotiating rates in line with current market value
• Implement a powerful attraction strategy that will significantly enhance the brand
• Conduct regular research and reviews on all available external sources and analyse their effectiveness through accurate conversion analysis
• To maximise the use of direct sourcing methods including CV libraries, LinkedIn 
• To develop and manage the careers website including content and design
• To manage all senior level vacancies and oversee junior recruitment operation
• Monitor and oversee all activity and tasks completed in recruitment are within defined SLAs
• Monitor candidate experience and satisfaction levels are being achieved within the recruitment function through regular assessments and reviews
• Build strong relationships within local and national markets to reach out to a large demographics and increase talent pools
• Attend career fairs for recruiting purposes and to improve company recognition
• Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives with relevant department line
• Work with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment and interview plans for each open position in their departments as required, across both sites.
• Work collaboratively with the wider HR / L&D teams and be influential to the onboarding process

To be successful within this role you will be - 

An experienced in-house recruitment manager or managed a high volume hospitality desk within an agency at management level
You will ideally come from a hospitality, retail, facilities or care sector (high volumn)
You will be strategically minded with the ability to plan ahead, forecast and look for ways of improving the recruitment process
Manage the recruitment budget for both sites with the ability to manage costs effectively ensuring that
You will have strong direct sourcing experience using a range of different sourcing methods
Proven ability to reduce agency cost and manage a PSL
