Recruitment Manager / Recruitment Business Partner - IT

My Technology client have built an industry-leading team to design and deliver leading edge OSS/BSS/ NMS/IT Infrastructure and IP network solutions for major telecommunications Service Providers, ISPs and Enterprise clients.

They’re based in London, UK and can provide services in the UK and internationally. Their specialist Network Services division has broad experience in the telecommunications and the enterprise market sectors and have built a culture of delivering results with an ongoing commitment to quality; the aim is to ensure that their solutions are recognised for both their technical excellence and value.

They have a need for an experienced IT In-House / Internal Recruiter to work at their offices in London. This role is required to attract candidates from varied sources from Job boards to Social Media platforms to find the best IT talent. Ensuring all candidates are involved in a world class recruitment journey.

Reporting in to the Senior Management you will be provided the opportunity to make a huge mark on the business. You will be responsible for the recruitment across several different practices within their business. They have strong growth plans this year, so they’re looking for an able and ambitious IT recruiter to come and help the business develop.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the fulfilment of all recruitment requests, including the creation and updating of job descriptions and adverts, placement of adverts on job boards or liaising with necessary advertising partners, pre-screening and telephone interviewing of candidates, arranging interviews, supporting interviews/assessment centres, making offers of employment and providing feedback.

  • Providing recruitment support to all Practice Managers.

  • Providing feedback to managers and candidates where necessary including evaluation of each recruitment hire.

  • Communicating with agencies and 3rd party suppliers.

  • Overseeing the Recruitment administration paperwork preparation, filing and archiving on SharePoint.

  • Ensuring all recruitment KPIs and SLAs are met.

  • Improving processes and policies to ensure efficiencies within the recruitment process.

  • Being able to deal with multiple recruitment activities at any one time.

  • Demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach to attract the right candidates for the right roles. (e.g. using LinkedIn, Job Boards, social media etc.)

  • To actively encourage and promote direct recruitment to reduce agency costs for the business.

  • To try and reduce the volumes of temporary agency staff currently used by the business where possible.
