Basic Salary c.£30k-£45k depending on experience

This is a growth role with and established specialist recruitment brand. Internal promotion has created an opening for an experienced recruiter to come in and manage and grow the existing team of IT Technical Perms consultants out of their City Centre offices near New Street.
You will be tasked with mentoring, developing and growing the existing team, while also contributing with your own desk revenue.

To be suitable for this role you will have track record in perm recruitment and will either be a senior consultant with responsibility for mentoring team members, or an existing Team Leader / Manager looking for an exiting new opportunity with an established market leader.
