We are looking to hire a senior "Team-Leader / Manager" type, someone who has a strong, proven recruitment and a managerial track record within this sector, probably use to managing some big profile accounts as well as being a Peer / Mentor within the office.
My Client is a renowned brand with offices based in Central Manchester, great company to work for - which of course makes your job easier as you are working on behalf of this brand exclusively!
You’ll be working alongside an established team within the internal recruitment division, overseeing, mentoring and forecasting hires - it’s much more than just a "Recruitment Role" It’s one where you will be involved in the growth strategy of the business!
