Recruitment Manager - Internal/In House

A dual site, Hospitality and Leisure, Internal/In-House Recruitment Manager role with one of the UK's most prestigious employers.

The role will continue to shape the Recruitment Strategy, Tactical Recruitment Delivery and guidance of the internal recruitment operation across the business.

With the full support of HR, a small Recruitment team and Learning and Development team, you will be in the best possible place to deliver a world class recruitment service to the business.

With a strong permanent staff headcount of 500, the business fluctuates to employing over 1500 employees over the year.

With budgetary responsibility, you will be responsible for allocating the necessary budget to all recruitment related activity including but not limited to

Recruitment advertising, hosting assessment centres, LinkedIn and other online platforms/tools to attract/engage and retain the very best talent.

Maintaining service levels, it is essential that you maintain sound control over your recruitment budget.

Identifying seasonal trends and utilising industry technology and best practice, you will ensure the business is maintaining the very best service levels at all times.

Direct line management within this role will initially be 1 colleague.
