Job Title: Recruitment Manager
Location: Central London
Sector: Technology- Digital- Data & Analytics, Cyber & Cloud - Perm & Contract
Salary: £60k-70k base (depending on experience) + Comm + Override. OTE £120k
Our client is an award winning agency that has a global presence. They are one of the major players within the Digital markets. They operate in a mature and fun environment with a big emphasis placed on building relationships and meeting both clients and candidates. There are few KPI’s which has had a big role to play in the low staff turnover.
Our client works across the Technology spectrum with clients such as Adidas, Nike, Amazon, Tesco and Vodafone and IBM to name a few. Given their excellent service and continued dedication to building relationships, much of their work is conducted as a result of repeat business.
The Role- Recruitment Manager:
The opportunity would suit a Manager / Associate Director looking to help build a team for a strong recruitment brand. The current team consists of 21 sales people sat under one Senior Director with 18 year's recruitment experience. You will aid the Director in managing and scaling the business.
The role will be hands on and you will be required to bill although the primary focus is to ensure the team increases revenue. You will be given mentorship around training and managing with the role able to move into something much bigger upon hitting set target.
What our client is looking for in Recruitment Management position:
- Recruiter with 5-10 years experience in Tech.
- Have a proven history of on boarding and developing Consultants.
- Be a proven recruitment biller- £200k +
- Be an ambitious and motivated recruiter
- Have a mature persona with ideas of how to scale a team
