Privately owned global software firm with central London offices and a real start-up feel. Incredibly successful, they have grown quickly to 500 people, including Consultants, and are making a real impact in their market. They have a young, dynamic culture and a very flat structure.
Your new role
As they continue to grow they are investing in their people and thus hiring a switched on, dynamic Recruitment expert on a permanent basis. As their Recruiter you will help bring change to the business and develop all HR matters - you will help with strategic hiring, develop all policies and procedures as well as talent initiatives. You will ultimately work closely with the CEO to understand the business and align the people strategy effectively. You will be hands on and visible to the entire business.
What you'll need to succeed
The CEO is looking for a bright, degree qualified Internal Recruiter who enjoys working in a start-up environment and can deal with a lack of structure but more so is interested in moving into a more HR based role. They're looking for a Recruiter who is happy being hands on and is used to dealing with a highly intelligent, specialist population and who knows how to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders - and understands that change takes time.
What you'll get in return
Remuneration will include a base salary between £60,000 and £75,000.
