Your new role
The role of an Intern at Hays is to provide support to our highly experienced consultants in sourcing and securing the best talent on the market for our extensive client base. This position will see you work alongside our team of established consultants in the Hays Sheffield office to help enable their consistent success to continue.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must be commercially minded, driven and committed to your own success. You must be confident and proactive when speaking with candidates and clients.
What you’ll get in return
An internship at Hays offers 12 months of hands on experience working in a corporate environment. Interns will receive intensive, industry leading training from our specialist Hays trainers and 'at your desk' support from experienced colleagues. Your time at Hays will equip you with the business and communication skills you need to be successful when you leave university.
