Recruitment/HR Officer

Leading professional services organisation in Sutton require an experienced Recruitment/HR Officer for an exciting new position due to growth.  This role will be involved in all aspects of HR, primarily driving the recruitment strategy for the Company, by sourcing talent for all areas and levels across the business through to conducting exit interviews and flexible working requests.

• Attract and source talent through a range of channels (e.g. professional networks, careers page and job boards etc)
• Manage and drive our LinkedIn Talent Solutions platform
• Actively manage our relationships with agencies, ensuring a commercial approach specifically when negotiating terms
• Work with managers to create job specifications accordingly
• Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
• Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
• Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions
• Collate MI to support the recruiting landscape and present findings to senior members of the Company
• Follow internal processes to ensure documentation of work and clear audit trails
• Live and breathe diversity and inclusion in everything you do
• Ensure managers are aware of unconscious bias and assist with presentations to the business to promote this
• Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
• Participate in job fairs to boost Company’s reputation
• Conduct exit interviews
• Take ownership of any flexible working requests
• Assist with Regulatory requirement
• Work on a variety of HR projects

Although the successful candidate will have ownership of the above duties, they will be fully supported, guided and coached by the HR Business Partner and Head of HR.

• Proven work experience as an In House Recruiter or a Recruitment Consultant that has worked within the professional services industry sector or HR Officer with good knowledge of recruitment 
• Solid understanding of the full recruiting and employee cycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to question in a collaborative manner and have a curious mind
• Strong work ethic and high energy level
