Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Start date: Immediate

Location: London - EC2

Salary: £22k basic, £35k OTE year 1, £60k year 2, £80k+ year 3

My client is the leading Investment Banking and Financial Services IT recruitment company in London with a turnover in excess of £50 million. Based in the City, the company provides a full range of recruitment services from contingency to executive search and temporary staff to a select number of the world’s leading Investment Banks and Financial Services companies within Britain and Europe. The company also has offices in Dublin, Stockholm, New York, Singapore and Sydney and work with esteemed clients such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan.

Training for Graduate Recruitment Consultants

The role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment consultancy is a fast paced, challenging and varied direct sales role where you will be required to generate your own client and candidate base, manage the recruitment cycle from start to finish and close the deal! You will be given exceptional training to teach you the skills required to complete tasks such as lead generation, pre-screening new candidates and headhunting to move

It is hugely rewarding, has excellent opportunities for progression and fantastic incentives but it is not easy! It is challenging and will involve long hours, but if you have genuine motivations to succeed in Recruitment you will be rewarded!

In order to be successful with my client, applicants must be either graduates or individuals with up to 2 years commercial experience gained within either IT, Finance, Media, Publishing or related industry sectors looking for a rewarding career. Successful applicants
