Established 20 years ago with 4 new divisions established within the last 7 years Kate+Co have an exciting opportunity for a talented Recruitment Manager to head up our Technical Division. With successful divisions in Business Support, HR, Sales and Marketing, Technical as well as Finance, all of our Consultants/Recruitment Partners and Resourcers are the best at what they do and run their desks with autonomy and freedom.

The Role of Technical Divisional Manager:

  • 360 degree recruitment role whilst developing and recruiting your own team

  • Growing and developing the division across our multiple PSL clients as well as winning new business opportunities

  • Responsible for the division's budget and P&L

  • Bringing innovative ideas and solutions - contribution at Senior Management level

  • Recruitment, motivation, and retention of your consultants, both sales and service

  • Developing and training your team including target setting and appraisals

  • Management and delivery of divisional KPIs and targets

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong business development and team management skills

  • Previous experience in Finance recruitment at mid or senior level would be highly advantageous

  • Ability to lead by example, be aware of market intelligence within your market place and identify new areas of penetration

  • You will need a proven track record in recruitment sales

  • Ability to motivate and develop staff

  • A passion for the recruitment industry

  • Experience in strategic planning and with the setting of financial and sales reviews

The Package:

  • Salary dependent on experience per annum + uncapped bonus and commission

  • Extensive training package and support

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas shut down

  • Attractive working hours – we work a 38-hour week and offer flexible working with a 4.00pm finish on a Friday
