Our client is an established, professional and growing Recruitment Consultancy based in the heart of Glasgow. They have been established for over 20 years and the wider company turns over £120m+.
They provide services to a wide range of clients and cover multiple professional sectors. They manage both contract and permanent roles for their client base and react quickly to the ever changing needs of their extensive client base.
They are looking for a talented, ambitious and driven Divisional Manager to head up their IT Division. The team is established and they concentrate on placing a combination contract and permanent roles across a wide range of clients in the region.
The division has real potential and you will be tasked with managing and growing the team. You will be responsible for developing the team, recruiting and training your own consultants, setting targets, motivating, leading and handling the budget and P&L for the Division. You will work with the very best talent and will have access to the best training for yourself and your team. Combining an extensive client and candidate database with your own knowledge you will demonstrate a track record of success.
The role will suit either an experienced manager, managing consultant or a senior consultant wishing to take a step up into a more senior role.
