Recruitment Delivery Manager

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience of working in the recruitment industry:

Internal recruitment or external recruitment partner experience including the sourcing of candidates within the IT sector (e.g. Project Managers, Business Analysts, PMO Analysts, developers, testers)

Experience of full candidate management, stakeholder relationship management and expectation management.

  • Experience of hitting and surpassing targets, goals and deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

Ajilon is part of the Adecco Group, a Fortune Global 500 company and one of the largest resourcing and recruitment companies in the world.

Work within the Ajilon team based in Edinburgh, delivery of contractors and Employed Consultants into a range of clients on either exclusively or project based.

Individual Responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving personal Direct Recruitment Targets
  • Execute "due diligence" on each individual vacancy assigned to you.
  • Deputise for the Client Solutions Manager absence by leading the wider team and ensuring all SLA's are met or escalated where necessary.
  • Add value to the Recruitment Process by keeping up to date with the recruitment market, employment legislation and the clients industry
  • Adhere to all documented processes and procedures: Operations manual & SLA, Technology processes and Customer's internal policies & procedures
  • Achieving personal Direct Recruitment Targets
  • Identify and contact potential applicants and process if suitable and interested from initial enquires through to offer stage.
  • Create a pool of quality candidates for a pipeline of future vacancies.
  • Maintain contact with both active and pipeline applicants, creating a strong network of potential consultants.
  • Provide a first-rate experience for all candidates from initial application to final conclusion
  • Ensure SLA's for submission of CV's met.
  • Work with the administration teams to ensure all paperwork raised and pre-employment screening carried out.
  • Be an expert in advertising, searching referral methods via the internal databases and online job board databases.
  • Be an expert in the passive market via social networking sites including Linked In, Twitter Facebook etc…
  • Proactively look at alternate / new and up and coming routes for sourcing candidates. Establish the appropriate recruitment method to source the best candidates ensuring the direct recruitment targets are met.
  • Ensure that the right candidates are selected for the role by conducting thorough telephone screening of candidates.
  • Negotiate salaries with candidates.
  • Updates all candidate records onto internals systems and excel based trackers.
  • Actively supports the re-deployment of Employed Consultants back onto new assignments. Ensuring that priority is given to redeployment EC's for new vacancies as they arise.
  • Review all candidates prior to submission to ensure high quality matches in relation to the job profile and candidate CV.
  • Ensure all role profiles are detailed enough; liaise with onsite account teams if further additional role qualification is required. If necessary, speaking directly with the Hiring Manager.
  • Focus on ensuring all Employed Consultants accept all offers and do not pull out of the process, highlight any concerns to the ECM team, look at alternative ways to gain candidate commitment.
  • Ensure the candidate is aware of the pre-employment screening process and the information required before submitting. Support the ECM team in gaining all ID etc required when necessary.
  • Support any outplacement activity managed by the ECM team.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert within the Employed Consultant Model.
  • Ensure compliance on all systems used by the client to issue vacancies.
