You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent organisational skills, providing exceptional administrative and recruitment support to our close-knit Operations department.
Your role will be varied and demanding; you must be a self-starter and have the ability to adapt to changing workloads.
Your key responsibilities will include;
Effectively liaising with team members, clients and candidates
Sifting through applications
Searching and contacting suitable candidates
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
Ability to multitask
Your core skills and experience must include;
Experience of working in recruitment
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Working under pressure
Flexibility and patience
Good IT skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Confident and professional manner
