About the Job

The Primary Care Resourcing team at Care UK are a very friendly, sociable and hardworking bunch and due to expansion, we’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full time basis. The job is based at our Head Office in Reading Town Centre and is a short walk from Reading Train Station. We’ve recently had a fantastic new refurbishment of the office with great views of Kings Meadow and the Thames. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Integrated Urgent Care recruitment team with a variety of tasks, which will help to streamline the recruitment process.

Additional duties will include;

•Posting and refreshing job adverts to attract candidates •Organising Interviews - Arranging suitable dates/times between candidates and hiring managers and sending confirmations/calendar invites •Processing offers - Collating all interview and compliancy documents and sending to HR to process •Supporting the Recruiters within the team with any ad-hoc duties •Pre-screening candidates who have applied and ensuring that they meet the minimum requirement of the role.

Salary & Benefits:

This is a permanent full time job working up to 37.5 hours per week Our standard working hours are 9am – 5.30pm, however we can be flexible should you wish to start earlier.
