Recruitment Coordinator

Macildowie HR are working with a leading business in Leicester as they are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join them on a temporary basis. They are offering up to £11 per hour alongside free parking!

The Role

You will provide administrative support for the whole business, ensuring live roles are advertised and candidates are being handled effectively and within SLA's.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that Line Managers are adhering to the recruitment policy, process and employment legislation and collecting all relevant data and 'Right to Work' documents are updated on the ATS.

Sending out contracts and offer letters, conducting reference checks and arranging interviews will also be a part of your role, as well as being the first point of contact for all queries, internally and externally.

The Ideal Candidate

This well known business are after someone who has recent experience within a fast paced environment as well as passion and drive to continue to provide the business with the best talent so it can go on and grow!

Agency or in-house experience essential as there isn't a great deal of time to support with training, ideally the business are after someone who can hit the ground running and get to work immediately.
