Recruitment Coordinator

What’s THE ROLE?

You’ll be part of an engaged and value driven team who have been tasked with coordinating the recruitment process for REED clients, acting as the middle man between them and their suppliers. We’re offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, busy environment with regular incentives and fun events.

You’ll be speaking to REED clients on a regular basis and taking notes of their recruitment needs. Once you’ve understood their needs, you’ll be coordinating the recruitment process with different recruitment suppliers in order to fill the client’s vacancies. So whilst the recruitment agencies get on with sourcing the candidates, you will be focused on coordinating the process between all parties and delivering excellent customer service to each of them.
