As a Recruitment Coordinator your duties will include:
Developing long term candidate relationships via networking and In-depth Interviews to determine their marketable, skills, experience and motivations
Advertising and marketing roles through job boards and social media platforms
Building strong candidate databases
Attending client meetings in order to build client relationships
Attending external assessment centres throughout the UK airport network
Working to strict deadlines in order to meet customer demands and lead times
The essential skills and experience required for a Recruitment Coordinator are:
Experience of working within recruitment preferably from within the recruitment industry
Experience working of on large scale end to recruitment campaigns
Have experience working to recruitment deadlines and KPI targets
Possess first class written and verbal communication skills
Full clean UK manual driving licence
To be considered for the role of Recruitment Coordinator, experience as a Resourcing Consultant, Recruitment Manger, Recruiter, Resourcer, HR Recruitment, Recruitment Administrator, Resourcing Consultant, Sourcing Consultant, Internal Recruiter, Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Coordinator, Resourcing Advisor, Talent Manager, Talent Acquisitions Specialist, In House Recruiter will be highly desirable.
