Recruitment Coordinator

A funky rapidly growing online food delivery company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the team on a fixed term 12-month contract. You will be the first point of contact for hiring managers and will be supporting three recruiters with administration duties including scheduling interviews, travel and diary management.


  • Providing administrative support to the hiring managers and recruiters
  • Acting as the first point of contact for hiring managers
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Organising travel arrangement
  • Managing diaries
  • Booking in candidates and sending confirmation emails
  • Assisting with the improvement of candidate experience

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • High level of organisation
  • Previous experience in scheduling
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous recruitment experience preferred
