The role will involve advertising job roles, reviewing CVs, liaising with hiring managers, working in partnership with various recruitment agencies, arranging interviews and inductions, updating and maintaining HR database, ensuring positive candidate experience, DBS checks and issuing offer letters to candidates.
The ideal candidate will:
-Have a background in 360 recruitment process
-Have a pro active, driven outlook to ensure that vacancies are filled quickly and efficiently
-Have strong coordination skills and ability to juggle several tasks at once
-Have a passion for recruitment
-Excellent communication skills
-Have an open and honest approach
The role will be full time, Monday to Friday and you will have to be flexible with regards to early starts for manufacturing inductions (e.g 5.30am on some occasions).
Free parking is available and a full UK driving licence is essential due to location of the company. Candidates will need to be able to start immediately.
