Working as part of a really busy recruitment team you will be supporting the campaign managers in identifying, shortlisting, assessing, interviewing and selecting candidates to join the organisation. Ideally you will have some experience working within recruitment, understand the challenges in securing dates and times in decision makers, and candidate diaries. The role is pressured, with constantly changing priorities and therefore you need to be robust, able to work at pace and able to influence stakeholders. You will be using a state of the art applicant tracking system so previous experience is desired, but the ability to quickly understand how to use complex systems is essential.
You will be:
Chasing line managers for dates and availability
Liaising with candidates to secure their availability
Confirming interviews with candidates via email
Arranging for candidates to bring the correct documentation to interview
Booking meeting rooms for interviews to take place
Informing reception of all attending interviewees
Using Applicant Tracking System and MS Outlook
