As a Recruitment Coordinator your duties will include:
- Resourcing high calibre skilled candidates on a permanent positions
- Large amounts of telephone liaison with candidates and clients
- You will be working in a fast paced target driven environment, so drive and tenacity is a must for this role
- Answering and screening incoming calls
- Interacting with a broad cross section of people operating in different market environments.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have an understanding into the Recruitment Industry
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as strong administrative
- Be will be tactful and articulate
- Have good IT skills and an eye for detail are also key
- Be extremely confident and well presented, able to handle changing situations efficiently, using their own initiative.
