Our client is an executive search based legal, accountancy, finance and management consultancy recruitment specialist. Established in 2002, the company now has offices globally. This is where you come in! - we need experienced recruitment professionals to step up to work with their team who are all $1m+ billers, yes $1m+ billers each and every one of them! You do not need to be a search consultant now - you will be trained to conduct the recruitment process from initial name gathering to conducting the first interview, working closely with the Principals to fill Director to Partnership level practice and commercial assignments. These are opportunities for you to fast-track your career to "search" level.
Who you need to be
We are looking for contingent recruiters with preferably legal, or any form of professional services recruitment experience, anything from 18 months experience+, who has decided search recruitment is the career for them - you may be in contingent recruitment in a related field now and know you are up for the challenge of working for one of the best specialist executive search firms. You need to know how to headhunt, that is key, but you don't have to be in legal now, you can learn the market.
To be interviewed you will know why you want to "jump" up to search level recruitment and why specialisation makes sense. You will demonstrate you are a people person, that you can sell to individuals and deal with people more experienced and/or mature than yourself, credibly. You will know in recruitment rewards do come but hard work comes first. Working to deadlines and to targets will not phase you as you will know, as many others have shown in this company, that one day you will be a Partner too!
You will be remunerated well and a healthy commission plan up to 40% is paid quarterly to reward you for your search efforts. Each consultant has a mentor, each consultant has quarterly and annual reviews and each consultant has an individual training program with components delivered locally, in Singapore and at the head office in the UK. Aside from the monetary benefits you will have a structured career path too.
