Trainee Recruitment Consultants - Fantastic Earnings!
£22k + commission (£40k 1st year, £60k 2nd year, £80k+ 3rd year)

Who will you be working for as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
My Client is a very successful, dynamic and fast growing recruitment company who are always interested in hearing from highly motivated people with ambition and the will to succeed. My Client is a specialist Recruitment Company dedicated to the delivery of high quality permanent and contract staffing solutions to businesses and organisations throughout the UK and Europe.
Their expertise is well recognised within all sectors of industry including Digital, Financial Services, Mobile & Telecomms, eCommerce, Media, Engineering, FMCG and Consultancy.
The Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Recruitment is not a career that suits everyone - it’s very hard work and long hours, but with the right atmosphere and support it can be very rewarding and great fun. My client have found the formula for this and have created a culture which breeds success.
My client want people who work for them to stand out from the crowd, people who understand the importance of maintaining a strong relationship with both their clients and candidates - making them both feel equally important.
In any sales role there will always be pressure to deliver. It comes with the territory. You will need to have the ability to keep going whatever the challenges are; this is a career where you make your own luck. This is a career for someone who will keep going, whatever the knock backs.
A large part of your day as a trainee recruitment consultant will be spent on the phone or out networking with clients and candidates. This is a people industry - you will need to be organised, positive and a great communicator.
My client has a structured training programme which covers all aspects of recruitment including:
*Sales structure for candidate and client calls
*Building your desk
*Rate and Fee Negotiation
*You will also be given all the tools to become an expert in your technical market
Who makes a good Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
*6-12 months B2B sales experience and excellent job consistency.
*Must be able to show successes in prior sales role.
*Good academics. Must be educated college level - a degree is beneficial but not essential
*Must have had achievements in extracurricular activities, for example: Sporting achievements
*Must be motivated by money and driven to succeed.
