Bralin Recruitment, part of the Absolute Solutions Group are seeking an additional Recruitment Consultant, due to oustanding growth.

  • Working on a busy desk fulfilling vacancies for Industrial and commercial temp/perm candidates
  • Working within branch, priority is to expand and grow the branch new sales and profit.
  • Identify and pursue the core competency vacancies in the operating regions.
  • Attract and register qualified and competent.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets, ensuring quality opposed to quantity.
  • Create and increase Company profile through creative marketing means.
  • Week on week supply of candidates for interview/and or placements.
  • Ensure 100% industry compliance administration
  • Maintaining strong relationship with current, new and potential clients.
  • Ensure a continual flow of vacancies available to work on through adopting various sales techniques.
  • Arrange and attend regular service visits to current, new and potential clients.
  • Daily focus must be on growth, revenue generation on both perms and temps.
  • Effective interaction with colleagues to ensure collaborative approach to business operation


  • Must be organised, have excellent communication skills and be able to think above and beyond, in order to regularly achieve set performance targets.
  • Able to grow desk through self motivation and innovative techniques in a challenging marketplace
  • Professional whilst remaining personable.
