The successful Recruitment Consultant will have the following attributes.
Proven experience (2 years minimum) working as a recruiter and achieving targets.
Driven to succeed with a high- level of competitive edge
Ability to handle pressure
Strong negotiation skills
Engaging with the ability to form strong relationships
Must enjoy working a part of a team
