If you have recently graduated from University and are considering Recruitment as a career option, this is the role for you! The potential to earn money has consistently grown over the last few years and in 2019 the Recruitment Industry in the UK generated in excess of £30 billion.


Recruitment is a Sales job. Ultimately, you are selling people to people; discovering the strengths and skills in one candidate and putting them in the right company/department. Recruitment is a commission-based role; you will get a basic salary and have the potential to earn unlimited commission on top of that. The skills needed include; listening and understanding, communication, relationship building and the will-to-win attitude.

You will be working long hours and will need to be resilient and self-motivated. Some of the benefits will include:

You could potentially earn up to £55,000 within your first year working in Recruitment, the more you put in, the more you will gain financially. The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant will have the following:

- University Degree 2:1 or higher from a top 40 University

- Sales Experience

- Competitive drive

- Positive character
