£20,000 - £30,000 basic plus uncapped commission (negotiable)
Autograph Recruitment are a bespoke recruitment consultancy based in North Bristol, recruiting locally and nationwide. Established in 2015 the company works across many sectors and works with clients on roles from entry level to senior board level. We focus on matching people with people; candidates to clients, not CV’s to job spec’s. We thrive on getting to know our clients inside and out and get excited when we meet "the one" (or two, three or four…) for their business. We work with our clients for the long term. And we are now looking for "the one" for the long term to join team Autograph.
You will work alongside colleagues who have over 20 years combined recruitment experience who are still just as passionate about their job; working with the best candidates and clients, as they were on their first day. We are very proud of our success to date, and we are equally as excited about our planned growth and success in 2021 and beyond.
We hate the term, but you will be a 360-degree consultant. Developing your own client base, managing a warm and existing client base, sourcing and qualifying candidates, managing the job process, negotiating rates; the list goes on as you know…..
We want to talk to you if:
- You have current or recent recruitment experience, ideally 2 years+ experience
- A natural passion and ability to chat - establishing solid relationships with clients and candidates over the phone and face to face
- You have a great work ethic; you only go to work to achieve and deliver
- You self-manage
