Fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation with a family feel in the Central Milton Keynes. To find our next Trainee Recruitment Consultant, we are looking for a driven and dynamic individual to take our training onboard and begin a successful career with us.
In this exciting position you will become an expert in recruiting for Marketing roles and will also gain market knowledge as well as working exclusively with candidates. This role would suit an individual who is passionate about people and has the sales drive to earn big! Responsibilities will include managing the end to end process of recruitment including screening candidates, interviewing, referencing, business development and building relationships. We are also taking on experienced Recruitment Consultants as well as professionals from a Marketing background that want to still work with marketing but from a different angle. Whatever your degree, previous job title or background we would be interested to hear from you!
