Recruitment Consultant

Basic Salary: £20,000-£25,000

Commission: Uncapped, First year OTE £40,000, Second Year OTE £60,000, Third Year OTE £100,000+

A technology recruiter across multiple niches, who take an alternative approach to the sector norm and pride themselves on their research driven approach to supplying international clients with high quality candidates.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Job Specification

A trainee recruitment consultant is responsible for:

• Composing job adverts to attract the highest calibre of talent
• Business Development
• Sourcing candidates through headhunting and networking
• Candidate qualification to establish position suitability
• Continually selling to both candidates and clients throughout the sales process

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Candidate Requirements

A trainee recruitment consultant should possess most, if not all, of the following:

• Degree 2.2 or higher from a Top 40 University (not needed if you have excellent sales experience)
• Excellent Communication skills
• Money motivated (you are in control of your earnings)
• Ambitious
• Competitive (preferably a sporty background)
