Servoca Nursing & Care are now seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Liverpool. Working within temporary healthcare recruitment, we can offer you a busy, bustling environment, an uncapped commission scheme and an opportunity for further training and development.

Servoca Nursing and Care provide temporary nurses and healthcare assistants to nursing and care homes. You will be trained in all aspects of temporary recruitment; sales & business development, staff recruitment & resourcing, service & planning, to help you maximise business opportunities and promote the range of services offered by the company. We offer staff an opportunity to complete the Recruitment and Confederation's Certificate in Recruitment Practise, whilst many have also worked towards a variety of other Level 3 qualifications.

Working within a busy and successful branch you will be involved in generating new business through telephone and face to face sales activities. The successful candidate will have the ability to combine professionalism and friendliness to meet the needs of clients and workers and deliver a quality service to both, whilst consistently meeting targets.

We will provide training to CertRP level - which is the Recruitment and Employment Confederation’s highly acclaimed qualification that provides you with the foundations you need in recruitment. You will have an uncapped, simple, monthly commission scheme and the opportunity to participate in one-off sales competitions across all our branches.

Working within a busy and successful branch you will be involved in generating new business and developing existing business through telephone and face to face sales activities and ensuring profitability through sales, marketing, recruitment and administration.

The successful applicant will ideally have many of the following skills and experience:

Success in achieving targets - personally and professionally;

Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships;

Excellent administration and organisational skills;

Good level of general education; and computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
