My client is a successful recruitment agency based in Stockport. They specialise in recruiting for the IT, Digital, Finance, HR and Legal sectors.
Due to expansion and growth, they are looking to hire a 360 recruitment consultant.
As a result, this role will have lots of progression and development potential as the company continues to expand. There is scope that this role could grow into an MD level position. To help with the company growth plans, it would be expected that ideally, this individual will bill between £250k-300k per year.
Working closely with our Senior Leadership Team, we are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant with a passion for direct sourcing and desire to provide an exceptional candidate and client experience.

As a Recruitment lead this role requires:
o Deep expertise within resourcing including direct recruiting, sourcing and developing a strong candidate pipeline
o Support to translate the resourcing requirements into requirements
o Mentoring and developing the business recruitment team
o Stakeholder management with the business leadership team to review and define sourcing needs and develop sourcing strategies to meet short, medium and long-term requirements
o Management and monitoring internal applicant tracking, ensuring that all candidates and applicants are properly tracked
o Consulting and advising clients on the selection of candidates throughout the end-to-end process
o Maintaining networks in critical sectors
o Proven track record in professional services, consulting, or technology industry
o Prior experience of working as part of a recruitment team.
o Extensive and demonstrable experience of sourcing candidates utilising a variety of methods including the introduction of innovative ideas for candidate attraction.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Confident, diplomatic and tactful - demonstrating high levels of confidentiality
o Resilient and able to work under pressure
o Driven, highly organised with the ability to identify and focus on priorities and deliver to deadlines.

- Hands-on 360 recruitment experience (candidate resourcing through to business development)
- Experience recruiting within the IT, legal, digital, HR or finance sectors

- Experienced in stakeholder management
As the company is expanding into Spain, USA, and Asia - any additional language skills would be helpful but not essential.
o Between £40-45k base salary, depending on experience
